We collect the following information from business clients and their authorized contacts:

• Contact information: name, email address, business phone number, mailing address, and job title
• Service information: orders, deliveries, activations, invoices, payments, and related communications
• Communications: emails, text messages, and voice messages exchanged with our team for service coordination
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, and usage logs when you access our client portal at app.handslogistics.com

We do not collect personal information from third-party lists, data brokers, or web scraping. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide concierge logistics, brand activation, and supply chain services
• Coordinate deliveries, activations, and product handling on your behalf
• Send order confirmations, delivery updates, and operational communications via email and SMS
• Generate invoices, process payments, and maintain financial records
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Improve our services and internal operations

By providing your phone number to HANDS Logistics, either during onboarding or by initiating contact with our published business number, you consent to receive text messages from us related to service coordination. Message frequency varies based on active service jobs. Standard message and data rates may apply through your carrier.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for support information. Phone numbers used for SMS are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers: with vendors who help us operate our business, including hosting (Netlify, Supabase), email delivery (Resend), SMS delivery (Twilio), accounting (QuickBooks Online), and payment processing, all under confidentiality obligations
• Operational partners: with drivers, installers, and warehouse staff who require information to complete service jobs on your behalf
• Legal compliance: when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of HANDS, our clients, or others

We do not share or sell phone numbers, email addresses, or any contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your information for as long as your business relationship with HANDS is active, and afterward as required for legal, accounting, tax, or operational record-keeping purposes. SMS message logs are retained for a minimum of two years for compliance and dispute resolution.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at concierge@handslogistics.com. We will respond to verifiable requests within 30 days. Note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls on our internal systems, and authentication for the client portal. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email or through the client portal.
