Terms of Service

HANDS Logistics LLC is a Las Vegas, Nevada–based experiential marketing, brand activation, and concierge logistics company. We provide delivery, warehousing, brand activation, and related logistics services to business clients under separate service agreements or work orders.

These Terms supplement, and do not replace, any signed service agreement, master services agreement, or work order between you and HANDS. In the event of a conflict, the signed agreement controls.

Our services are provided to business clients (companies, brands, and their authorized representatives). By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of the business you represent.

HANDS uses SMS to coordinate service jobs with clients and their authorized contacts. Messages may include order confirmations, delivery updates, activation logistics, scheduling coordination, and replies to your inquiries.

By providing your phone number to HANDS or by initiating contact with our published business number, you consent to receive these messages. Message frequency varies based on active service jobs. Standard message and data rates may apply through your mobile carrier.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for support. Opting out of SMS does not terminate your service relationship with HANDS; we will continue to coordinate via email or phone.

The client portal at app.handslogistics.com is provided to authorized business users for managing orders, viewing invoices, accessing inventory, and coordinating service requests. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at concierge@handslogistics.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Payment terms are governed by your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable net 15 days from issue date. Late payments may result in service holds, late fees, or suspension of services in accordance with your agreement.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful code, malware, or unauthorized scripts
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the operation of our services or the experience of other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of these Terms.

We strive to keep our services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control may temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HANDS Logistics LLC, its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to HANDS in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law or as otherwise specified in a signed service agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold HANDS harmless from claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email or through the client portal.
